Experienced Stylist (Part Time/Full Time)

Entry Level Salon Assistant (Part Time)

This position is designed for stylists who are just out of school or new to the salon environment.

As an assistant, you’ll watch, shadow, and practice alongside our stylists — learning the structure of the salon, co-styling techniques, and how to deliver a luxury guest experience.

This role is the first step in our apprenticeship program if you are starting right after completing school, giving you the skills and confidence to grow into taking your own guests over time.

Our stylists are W-2 employees with a tiered commission pay structure, meaning you earn a percentage of your service sales — along with tips, retail incentives, and sales bonuses.

We also offer hourly vs commission pay protection, so you’ll always receive the GREATER of your hourly rate OR your commission earned each pay period.

All color materials, tools, and booking software are fully provided for you — so you can focus on your guests and your growth, not overhead or admin.

As a W-2 employee, all taxes are automatically deducted from your paycheck, and you’re not responsible for self-employment taxes like independent stylists are.
