We are an appointment only salon. While we do not accept walk in appointments, you can submit our appointment request form for a stylist to reach out to you with scheduling information.
A valid credit card is required on file in order to reserve an appointment with us.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to any appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service cost. No showed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule. Resulting in a cancellation fee.
Elle Society does not offer refunds to any product, service or retainer. However, every effort will be made to ensure client satisfaction.
Guests are not permitted to join you during your service. This does includes children. (We love kids!! The salon is just not a safe place for them to explore.)
Extension Retainers may be held for 6 months, if an appointment has not been scheduled within 6 months of payment, the retainer will be forfeited.
A single appointment may be rescheduled twice before requiring a deposit to schedule again.
A New Install session may be rescheduled twice before retainer is forfeited.
